Further to our conversation today, February 29th, 2008, and regarding your attached letter and my case, I hereby return to you the gift voucher for $300 in complete dissatisfaction with your service. I decided to upgrade myself to Business Class so that I could get a good night's sleep for the long flight...instead I had a restless time and suffered when I arrived back in Singapore. During the whole flight the seat malfunctioned and did not recline...not just the entertainment system....

I am a United 1K member and believe me when I tell you that if a Business Class seat malfunctions on the entire flight, they would certainly do more than you. At the very least you should let me take the journey leg again in the same class.

I plan to take this case up with Singapore Tourism Authority.
