I purchased an hp pavilion laptop in Dec. The is a problem with it. After 6 or 7 e-mails, two disconnected "chats", and two phone conversation where I hung up because I was put on hold for over 20 minutes. The problem has not been resolved. At this point I want to return it and get my money back. I will not deal with this "customer service" again",
