On Feb.23 /2008 I went to Furniture Gallery (Tony Crosby's)

247 Frontage Road Picayune ,MS 39466 601 799-1111.

I pick out a kitchen table with 4 chairs for $310.30 with tax paid for the

table and 4 chairs .

I paid in full by my Visa card .

This Table was to be picked up Monday Feb.25 /2008. On Monday Feb. 25 /2008

my husband and I went to pick up the table and chairs set. I went inside

and my husband stay out side waiting so it could be load up in the back pf out

pick up truck. I went to the front desk , I told the lady that I was her

to pick up my table set ,

She told me the man is getting it now . he will bring it out in a few minute

, She asked me to sign the pick up slip for faster service so did I sign as

she asks . I waited for over 25 minutes . the man had not came out with my

Table set , I ask why is he taking so long . She reply that he has to dig it

out the wear house.

another 15 minuets past . My husband came inside ask with is taking so long

She said he will be out shortly . It took 15 or 20 minutes longer , then he

came out with a box . That box was in one million peace's tape with clear tape

.The box was mesh up , tape up it look like a train ran over the item .hard

to tell with was in side that box I saw better in the dump . This was a

torn, broken 'tape box.

I feel they took so long to get the idem was because they are putting bits

and peace's of some table that may not even went together

I refuse the box I ask for a refund , they refuse to give me a refund , I

told them I never even left the store with this. They said we do not give

refunds , Then they said they will give me some of my money back , I said I

did not even left the store with the box Then they said take it home and bring

it back and 5 days and we will give you store credit. I said I want a refund

off my charge card . they said take it home and open it and then bring it

back . I told them the box it a tape up box and a million peace's , then if its

mash up you wont take it back. My Husband look over to a small sign at the

desk saying they not responsible for any merchandise damage after you leave the

store if buyer picks up.

So this mean I would be stuck with the junk they tried to force on me .

We ask them over and over for a refund , they refuse and said you sign that

you will not get all your money back. I said the first thing is when I paid

and sign no one ask me to read , the lady said sign her. When I ask with I am

signing she said that you buy the set .

When I paid for this table set I ask for it to be in a unopened box .

I called my charge card company while I was right there in the store ,the

Charge card company ask if I had the table set I said no, they said they would

file it and to leave the store .

I did not get a refund nor my Table and Chairs set . I have nothing from

them but grief
