United Airline dose not disclose fees

United Airlines US On 2/20/08 I made reservations to use my united mileage for 2 round trip ticket to Honolulu to Hilo I was told the cost for theses two ticket was going to be $50 so I gave my credit card information later that evening I check I was charge $160 so I called reservations up and I told them to cancel the reservations he said since it was less then 24hour he could cancel that reservations. Later I check I was credit back only $10 so I called the reservations line by phone they told me that $150 fee was not refundable if I was told this ahead of time I would not have cancel the reservations I would not even had make the reservations. I am using miles why do I HAVE TO PAY A FEE I can see paying the tax. IF I am going to pay $160 I could buy the ticket without miles. You have to disclose this to the people that there might be charges that are not refundable this was not done. So because of this I will not fly with united again and I will let other people know this to, every time I try to make a reservation on united I am told all kinds of answer from your call center that you have in many country a lot of them don't talk English very well. So that's way I am very upset with united I am going to also cancel my united credit card to. Way to go United. In June I am going to Japan but this time I will use Japan airline because there service is better than your. After many calls to united they gave me $200 in travel coupons big deal.United makes a mistake but won't fix there mistakes.
