I call the phone company vongage to get their service 01-22-08. the rep was so aniox to get the fsell he didn't tell me about all the charges that would be on my account. so I went ahead and said yes.The next day I notived that i was charge more than what I was told so I call back to get the service cancel. I was on hold for least 45 minutes. and then once I tlak to a rep.. refused to lisren what I had to say.and refuse to return my money said that i was talking to a person in Manila.that I need to wait til 9:00 am then i can call back..At 9;l00 am c/b was on the phone 2 hrs trying to cancel this service that I only had sign up for less than 24 ago...then I talk to an Account manager after telling 2 rep I didn't want the service..then she gets on the with the same thing please stay..I stress in my voice that I didn't want the service because of the xtra charges that were put on my card that the sals rep didn't tell me about..ki told her since it was my money that when selling the customer makes the last decision when spending ther money..advs her tht I was not told abt the 5.00 charge then she did't know the I advs her tht when working for a company you need to know the process so you can give teh customer the right info..then siad tht will return my money today.. please keep the service...I said that I would think about..it took 24 after that again 2dy means to day not 24 hrs later.Then I recv tht modem then call agin to return it had to go round and round with the reps again and the acct manager.who said tht she was going to charge my card 42.79 til they recv this thing back I said no she finall gve me the add.. I hate the day I calkl vongage..I want nothing to do with them i hope this letter get to the top person becasue if I was trated like this so were other and not right,it shoul be call the #1 screw up service I rather pay more money for good service than less for awfull.please cancel my order i want nothing to do with Vongage and everybody needs training in customer service and the process.. I was told tht I would rec.. 2 moths free.. on 02-27-08...vongage charge my account.. this was unauthorzied.. since I cance on 01-23-08.. also sent back to them..there modem...I want something done..this is the worst cust sevice ever.. also u can never get in contact with them after spending your money.. I know something can be done.. about compaines charging your acct when not suppose to,,vongage @ 1-866-243-4357
