I ordered a cell phone and service from wirefly.com and when I received my order, the SIM Card was missing from the box which meant that I could not operate my new cell phone. I called Customer Service and they offered no compensation for my trouble and would not even attempt to expedite the process by which I received my SIM Card. They simply said they would report the issue to their warehouse and have a new card sent out within a day or two and would ship it using Standard Shipping which would take another 2-3 days, which means I would have to wait without a cell phone an additional 5 days as I had discontinued my service in anticipation of having the new phone ready for use.
