Target - Faulty Video Games

We bought two PC games from Target, and both were defective (what are the odds!) One would not load at all, and the other does not function properly. We tried them both on at least three different computers. When we tried to return them (with the receipt), they would not take them back (per their policy). The only thing they would do was trade the games for the exact same item, which they did not have in stock and apparently don't plan to carry again. They said we could go to other Target stores and find the games.

Target sold us faulty products and expects US to drive around to different stores to get replacements...A functioning replacement would be OK with me, or even a store credit, but it is not my responsibility to drive around to multiple stores trying to fix Target's problem.
