Dell purchase complaint I purchased a Dell desktop computer last night and did not receive the promised 3 percent discount if I opened a Dell prefered credit card. I called numerous numbers and was transferred around Dell many times but they would not apply the discount. I cancelled the next day due to their apparent deceptive practices.
