Defective product /poor customer service

Ordered 2 TX-1000 DDR Metal Dance Pads.

Both pads failed within 15 minutes of use.

KeepGaming did not respond to emails about the problem.

Upon calling the customer help line I was emailed a RMA

but they are trying to charge us the shipping on returning

the defective merchandise.
