Complaints against J N Road, Mulund West Branch Officials =0AI request the bank ombudsman to note the following complaint again= st the bank officials at Mulund West Branch.=0AThe Complaint is as follows = - (1) your i.e.banks systems are not working at 5-50pm when I visited to de= posit the cash in my account. (2) The banks operations manager said come af= ter 6-30pm. (3) I went at the counter to deposit the cash at 7-10pm. (4) Th= e cash was not accept WHY? Because the bank closes the cash counter and I m= ust again come at 8am in the morning. (5) The complaint is that if your sys= tems are not working its not the fault of the customer is it please let me = know. (6) The complaint is that the young officials gents and ladies are bu= sy in their own personal talks and had not properly attended the customer, = so if you feel take the action and under act of RTI please let me know videemail at Email User say about a months time from now befor= e I proceed with the official complaints manager at RBI. (7) The customer f= irst is a word used by the bank is the conclusion drawn because of such illtreatment to the customer. (8) I suggest (with reference the way we acceptfrom the Indian Government does) is that if its the fault of the bank in p= roviding the total time service it would had done the alternate any arrange= ment to provide service to its account holder and not talking with like itsclosed or/and now systems are slow and systems are not working and totallyheld. Do the bank feel to do something about it and well sorry will not bethe answer acceptable because if a mistake caused by a customer is fined b= y bank and so the mistake caused by the bank must also not to be tolerate a= nd in the appropriate court I would request to give me justice for ill-trea= tment and misbehaviour done by the ICICI Bank Mulund West Branch, J N Road,its official. =0A=0AI hope to get the justice from the banks ombudsman off= icial if any appointed as per rules of RBI. =0A=0AThanking You =0A=0ARegard= s,=0ASameer Barai =0AM-9819093010. =0ASavings account number is 00040156351= 6. so that it would be clear that I am your customer or else the managementis expert in neglecting the customer complaint is a very sophistic method.
