Bad Customer Service Reps, and Supervisors.

wireless phone service Sprint PCS US Bad customer service, the representative mad a promise he wasn't authorized to do, I feel he didn't want to transfer me to a supervisor and just said what he needed to get me off the phone. I spoke to two supervisors and they provided poor customer service as well. Sprint PCS has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. My fiance and I called to inquire about the "Simply Everything" plan, as the cost for a second line is not stated on the Sprint website. The rep told us that the per month price would be $69.99 for the first line and $30 for an an additional line. We gave him permission to run a credit check - after putting us on hold, he returned to say that our credit was excellent thus no deposit would be required - however, the actual cost would be $69.99 for each line. Needless to say, I was extremely upset. as we allowed him to check our credit under false pretenses. He apologized for the "mistake" and offered us a 25 percent discount (which would be applied to the monthly charges.) Once again, we were put on hold only to have him renege on this offer as well. I asked to speak with a "supervisor" who was of no help - and refused to offer us any type of compensation for the lies we had been told and the inquiry on our credit! If this is how Sprint treats potential customers - I can only imagine what happens after you sign a contract!
