Bad Customer Service Reps, and Supervisors.

Bad customer service, the representative mad a promise he wasn't authorized to do, I feel he didn't want to transfer me to a supervisor and just said what he needed to get me off the phone. I spoke to two supervisors and they provided poor customer service as well.
