Terrible expericen with this company

I ordered the pan set in Nov 07 for under $100. I provided my credit card under the assumption that the balance in full would be charged to my credit card. The beginning of February I received a collections notice in the mail. I called the collections company and they stated that Ingenious Designs had some problems billing my credit card and simply sent my account to collections. No contact with me at all. They had successfully billed me 2x but had trouble with the 3rd time?? I waited on hold for 1 hour to talk to the company and they couldnt tell me what the issue was but that I had to pay $76 (including collections fee) I

said I would pay $66 but not collections fee, they said they would waive it. I called the collections company today and found that they had billed me the full $76! I couldn't talk to a manger because "no one was there!" I am so mad! Absolute WORST purchasing experience EVER! Do not buy anything from this company!!
