Foto Connection and related companies

Ordered a Garmin GPS for Christmas. Was told it would be shipped immediately and would arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Waited 5 business days and called. Was told it would be shipped the next day. I called the next day and asked for a tracking number. I got yelled at and was told to be patient. I called 3 days later and was told that it hadn't shipped yet. I told them to cancel the order. they were rude, abusive and insulting. I called my credit card company and they cancelled the charge. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! By the way they have related companies too
