Ford of Ocala

I took my daughters mini van to Ford of Ocala service department. The tail lights were acting up for some reason.

A few days later I was called out there and the service manager and a mechanic explained to me that this problem was

so severe that the entire wiring harness for the rear was going to have to be removed and rewired. The work would take

untold hours to perform. I smelled a rat and told them thanks but no thanks. I owned a used car lot and had our busy mechanic take a look at it. He removed one of the bulbs from the light turned it upside down to reverse the polarity and put it back in. The lights worked perfectly for the next year and a half until I sold the van. I called Ford Of Ocala to have them explain this to me but got the standard PR kiss off. PLEASE REALIZE THESE PEOPLE ARE SOCIOPATHS. If you do not know what that word means look it up.
