Charter Communications 1260 W.Spring ST Smyrna, GA 30083 US charter.com Yes on Feb 14, 2008 I called to pay my bill, and to get my cable reconnect, on the following Saturday 02-16-2008, they came out and reconnected the cable, then on 02-20-2008 I called because all of my channels were not available, the rep I spoke with (Mike) was very rude I ask for a superviser he ask my several times over and over why, then he put me on hold from 15 minutes and the phone disconnects I called back and the same thing happened, so I decided to email the company, they sent me an email back telling me they could not help me unless I called. Then that following Friday on 02-22-2008 the cable got cut off again, so I called about the complaint and the disconnection, they told me that I never made a payment however the mony was taken from my bank account on 02-14-2008, so they told me I needed to fax a statemnet from my bank stating the payment had went through, so I tried and it did not go through for whatever reason their fax was not working, then I was informed to take it by the local office, which I did on 02-25-2008 I was then told that they would have to get back with me and would do so within 24 hours well today is Wednesday 02-27-2008 and I have not heard anything and when I called they could not help the local office would have to help me. Now I am not sure what do about a company that can never help but they can take your money!!!!
