computer associates refund

I purchased Computer Associates Plus (Security Software)which had a twenty five dollar refund. After a month I checked on my rebate and was told that I didn't submit the necessary information which was a LIE, I stated that I had and was sent an email that everythiong was OK. It has been two months and still no rebate. I just want people to know what a ripoff Computer Associates Refund offer is.

I had similar experience. I submitted ALL papers as requested. But, they informed me that I do not qualify because I did not do upgrade.

What upgrade is a big secret.
