WRONGFULLY CHARGED,REIMBURSEMENT UNDERPAID

I purchased an extended warranty,I used the service my contract clearly states I would be responsible for vehicle tear down,$100.00 deductable and taxes. I paid roughly $900.00 out of pocket for my vehicle repairs,my vehicle was in the shop ready but could not be released to me until payment from the warranty company was recieved in the meantime I had a rental which in my contract was rental reimbursement I had to keep the rental to get back and forth to work my out of pocket for rental charges was over $400.00 the warranty company reimbursed me $25.00 my adjusters name is (Owen) very rude!!!!! My vehicle was in for repairs from 10/30/2007-1/10/2008 I am very unhappy with this companies services and strongly believe I should be reimbursed for my out of pocket expenses!!! What good is a warranty if you have to pay so much out of pocket? Very unprofessional
