US Air cancelling flights

US Air cancelled my daughters flight from Charlotte, NC to Hartford, CT on Feb. 25 due to "not enough crew". In actuality, the flight probably was not full and they did not want to fly a non-filled airline. This was very inconvenient for a family of three including a 2 year old who had their car parked at Bradley International and were from Vermont. They had to fly into Boston, MA, rent a car, drive to Bradley to get their car and then drive to Vermont. This is only one example of US Air being totally unresponsive to the needs of their customers. Only two days prior, my flight on US Air from Philadelphia to White Plains, NY made a last minute detour to Newburgh,NY to drop off a crew member and two passengers, causing the remainder of the passengers to be inconvenienced.
