Today rec'd a package with attached letter reading free wrinkle cream. I =

thought it to be a free sample even though I was a little puzzled at it =

being boxed. When I open the attached letter, inside was a bill for =

$24.94 for a cream I had not ordered. I did not even request the free =

wrinkle cream that accompanied the retail cream. The bill also stated =

$404.04 save $5.00 pay by due date. This was directly below the invoice =

amount $24.94. I have no idea how this company got my name and address, =

not from me. I have never ordered anything from them and after reading =

former complaints it appears that this is not a reputable company and =

others are getting this same junk. I will call their toll free number, I =

will report them to the Better Business in my state, and I will notify =

the Credit Bureau. I will return this stuff, but I have no intentions of =

paying to return it.

in response to the business reply/there is nothing to discuss with you/item has sent back to you, at your expense/I didn't order and do not owe you anything/your toll free number has a message but no means to leave word or talk to a live person/don't send anything else to my address/I have contacted my states atty generals ofc. concerning this matter/they can deal with you
