The following information supplied to 5/3 Bank in Cincinnati, Ohio =

numerous times: Specifically Mr. Weeks told me he would have this taken =

care of.




I am still getting notices that my account is past due. IT IS NOT!!!!!! I have requested another contact - the President of the bank would be =

good. I want this resolved. I have made arrangements to move my loan =

and this needs resolved NOW!!! I AM ALSO CONTACTING THE BBB TODAY =

REGARDING YOUR BANK.




* My loan account at 5/3 is xxxxxx My home bank lost that account =

information when being taken over by another bank and when they =

reformatted my automatic payments, they called 5/3 to get the account =

information. When they called 5/3 What they were incorrectly given my =

old lease account (at this time I do not have that lease acct #) on this =

same vehicle.




As a result, my Bank sent the Oct.- 07 automatic payment to the lease =

account. I was called and told 5/3 had not received my payment (which =

was not a correct statement). They had it, but applied incorrectly.




It being a Saturday and not knowing what was going on - I immediately =

scheduled another payment. Then, later in my investigation found that =

the Oct. payment had indeed been sent but applied to the wrong account. =





My bank could not stop the 2nd payment and suggested that I call 5/3 and =

I called and explained and kindly asked you to reject the second payment =

because this was going to make it so difficult financially for me to =

have two payments taken out of my account for that month (I hope you are =

following this story) - Even though I was told they would do this, =

instead It was applied part of the second payment to the old lease --- =

(In this account I guess there showed a balance due of-$63.16 - where =

previously I had difficulty (this same problem indicated on =

complaints.com with others leasing) with 5/3 regarding an old tax bill =

that I received a year after closing out my lease and having my new car =

loan and I felt was not mine to pay and we had an agreement to settle =

for =BD payment) but then you did return part ($165) of that payment to =

me. I called 5/3, got that straightened out and told you to apply the =

$63.16 back to my current loan and I would return the balance of my =

monthly payment ($165.00 sent on Oct. 9 to acct. xxxxxx) to you for the =

Nov. Payment. That amount, along with the $63.16 sitting in the lease =

account would have been my November payment because it took you so long =

to get that double Oct. payment back to me.




I also would like to chime in and give my 2 cents worth regarding 5/3. =

I am convinced it is a dog and pony show. I also had problems when my =

bank changed hands and my car payment was sent to 5/3 - but it was =

addressed to the wrong account (I previously had leased this same car =

and purchased it from 5/3). In trying to get the payment applied to the =

correct account - I have found that they are so incompetent that it is =

now going on 6 months later and I am still receiving notices that this =

payment is late! I have wasted my breath, and cell minutes trying to =

explain and giving them all the information. I have emailed and get the =

"general inquiries" response. It is beyond frustrating. I have made =

arrangements to move this car loan to my credit union. I need to get =

this resolved first. I do not want to have to pay these guys extra =

money to get my loan cleared when they are too stupid to find the =

payment!
