poor after sales service

Hi there,

My name is Ryan Morgan(0731463811) and I recently had a flooring job done by

Classic Floors(60 Silver avenue,Stamford hill road,tel:0313120394). The cost

of the work was 16500 rand.

As it was completed during the Christmas period and the owner, Raj , said

that If I had and problems or queries I should contact him in the new year.

I tried to do so and I was told that he would come to see me to attend to my

query. However this hasn't happened and after exhausting amounts of

telephone calls and emails I have been ignored.

All the other contractors for different jobs done in the extensive

renovation project at my apartment responded to any complaints or queries I

had within January.

I am deeply upset about this and I think that after sales service is equally

as important as service during a project and I wanted to report this matter.

My query was due to little gaps in certain places between wooden blocks and

I wanted the contractor to have a look at the query and give me his

professional opinion.

Am I asking for too much?
