capitolone soliciting by phone over 20 times per day 7 days a week!!

Calls from 800-955-6600 will not stop. Capitolone is calling my home number

using referenced number at least 20 times per day!! They start as 7 a.m.

and sometimes don't stop until 9:30 P.M.

Please help. I have reported them to do not call registry but this annoying

and frustrating situation never ends. They are relentless. This is

abusive, and Capitolone needs to be shut down!!
