SAMSUNG - My $ 2600.00 Samsung refrigerator broken more than 50 days out of apprx a year

After purchasing a Samsung model # RM255BARB refrigerator. New model with 4 compartments -you have the option to have more freezer space or more refrigerator space. One refrigerature compartment keeps breaking, freezing up and ruining food and blowing up frozen sodas. It was out previously for a whole month and this was during Thanksgiving too. It has been broken again this time for over 20 days. We have had a very hard time dealing with Samsung customer service representatives, trying to get it repaired, they never return phone calls when they say they will and etc. After having it a year- it has been broken for about 50 days. We want our money back to purchase a different brand. $2600.00--to be exact. It is Still broken with no satisfaction. I do not recommend this product to anyone.

have had same freezing issues with this refrigerator. samsung terrible about addressing or even acknowledging problem with this frig. local samsung authorized tech has attempted 3 times to correct. will most likely never purchase another samsung product!!!!!!
