Double charged

I was doubled charged on my debit card and called to get a refund. The manager made me feel that I was a hassel to her for checking on my billing problem. I was told they would not give me my refund because they had no record of the double charge. I then went to my bank for an official form stating that this company charged me twice one minute apart and that it had already cleared my account and deposited in theirs. The customer service was terrible. They made me feel that I was not important and a huge hassel.

I won't accept anymore money to be taken from my checking acct. Stop charging me for this. I don't even know what you are selling!
