traffic camera

I go to work everyday taking the same route, everyday. I live in

Riverdale and go North on Halsted to 99th. I turn there to get on 57 to

go downtown. There is a traffic camera set up in the gas station on the

corner. There is also a sign that says "NO TURN ON RED 7 TO 7" .

Maybe someone can tell me why I keep getting tickets for this. The

tickets are all timed before 6am. Why the ticket? Those cameras need to

be regulated to the correct time. So now I have another ticket on my

record that I'm not going to pay. At least this one I can contest,

which I intend to do. But there is still two on my record. So who fixes

this problem.

I do have to go to work, but I can't afford the tickets. Maybe the city

is going to pay them since it is their error. I would really appreciate

an answer for this.
