Please could you advise me whether you have received any information =

regarding 'day2dayshop.com'

I ordered goods early January and received a confirmation email. I have =

sent a total of twelve emails through their customer services, online =

contacts and have not received any sort of reply. I have not received =

the goods 6 weeks later. I cannot understand why they do not respond. I =

was charged through direct debit at the onset showing on my bank =

statement.

Could you advise me what action to take now.
