Grillin Steakhouse - POOR experience for a bride

We booked our wedding reception with Signature Milestones to be held in the building of Grillin Steakhouse. The owner of the company, Meredith, promised us the entire building, ample parking, plenty of decor, and a good size dance floor. Only 2 weeks after I signed the contract her assistant, Terri, met with me to tell me that we were now getting 1/2 the building, had to share the bar with the public, no decor, parking for 2/3 of my guests, and no dance floor. I was so unhappy that I cancelled my reservation. They have not returned my deposit saying that what I was promised was verbal and there's nothing they can do. I'm so disgusted! We'll be going to small claims court.
