Sprint Contract

Sprint Contract To Whom it May Concern, I am having trouble with the Sprint customer Service Reps. last July I applied to get a discount with the Sprint company thought my job , when I spoke to the customer rep. the person did not inform me that my contracts with them would change if I took the discount, less then a month later I called the rep. again about my bill and found out that they changed my contract and added two more years but I told them I did not want to add two more years because I was going to drop two of my family members because they went to another company they assured me that they would change my contract back to the original date which was over December 30, 2007. Now they said that there was no such agreement made and they are holding me to the new said contract. please help me resolve this problem.
