Garage Door Springs Garage Door Parts, llc 127 Columbia Avenue Passiac, NJ 07055 US www.garagedoorsupply.com I ordered garage door springs from the webiste and paid via Paypal. I never received the items and filed a complaint with Paypal. After 10 days, Paypal said they could not contact the seller and they could not get my money back. I tried calling, faxing and emailing garage door parts concerning my order, with no responses over the period 1/27/08 - 2/15/08. Apparently, I am also not the only one having a problem. After responding to Paypal, I was told that they have shut down their Paypal account, but they will not give any personal information on the seller to allow me to try to get my money back. I am trying to get my bank to return the payment but I am not sure if that will be successful. If the seller's account has no funds, they may not be able to get my money back. I would not order anything from this site - BUYER BEWARE! I've never received an e-mail reply until I started sending 30-40 e-mails every day asking for my parts. They've responded finally with threats to stop or they will report me. They cashed my e-check and ran. They put some bogus statement on their website about a system crash and didn't respond to my email. In trying to track them down the website is now closed. I hope there is enough against them for felony charges! I'm in on any action that anyone takes! I was just about to call these people to find out why they have not sent the part I ordered January 20th, and why they do not reply to e-mail inquiries on shipment status. Their e-mail address is now shut down. I plan to file a complaint with the NJ attorney general's office. I could not pay with paypal for some link glitch so I paid with E-Check. Richard, Ricardo or Rich Aquino is the owner. He says (and I have talked to him over the phone) that the store is owned by "Cindy". These are Crooks. They will not answer the phone and will answer emails weeks later to keep you thinking that they are doing something. I was taken for $150. Does of us that have been taken need to get together.
