Garage Door Springs Garage Door Parts, llc 127 Columbia Avenue Passiac, NJ 07055 US www.garagedoorsupply.com I ordered garage door springs from the webiste and paid via Paypal. I never received the items and filed a complaint with Paypal. After 10 days, Paypal said they could not contact the seller and they could not get my money back. I tried calling, faxing and emailing garage door parts concerning my order, with no responses over the period 1/27/08 - 2/15/08. Apparently, I am also not the only one having a problem. After responding to Paypal, I was told that they have shut down their Paypal account, but they will not give any personal information on the seller to allow me to try to get my money back. I am trying to get my bank to return the payment but I am not sure if that will be successful. If the seller's account has no funds, they may not be able to get my money back. I would not order anything from this site - BUYER BEWARE! I ordered springs, bearings and rollers for a total or $122.77. I was assured as soon as the money order was received, the parts would be sent out. That was on 2010-11-14. The money order was received and cashed by them on 2010-12-04. The web page has a logo that say 100% satisfaction guaranteed to build your confidence but it appears Garage Door Parts LLC is ethically challenged. "Thief's" Phone calls and e-mails have been ignored. From some one who has been burned by GARAGE DOOR PARTS LLC, AVOID doing business with them would be a smart move. If conditions change, I will advise. Basically a scam and hoping that folks don't go to the trouble of filing in court for the small sum paid. Class action would be much more fun and much more painful for them!
