SIN-N-SLEEP delivers defective mattress set

SIN-N-SLEEP delivers defective mattress set

I purchased a Sit-N-Sleep Mattress set the Miralux Honor Plush model for =

about $500. I had it less than 2 weeks and problems with it. They =

replaced the box-spring, and about a week later it's squeaking as well. =

I was told that I should have purchased a $1,000 mattress set in order =

to eliminate the problem. They are delivering me another box spring on =

Feb. 14-08. Don't these people realize that they are spending more on =

delivery and swapping out a box spring over and over, and it would be =

cheaper to refund my money than to keep redelivering a box spring that =

starts to squeaks again and again.

Maybe if they slept on mattresses from another company they wouldn't be =

so sleep deprived and would be able to think rationally and do the right =

thing, refund my money and take the crappy mattress set back.

I have asked for my money back and for them to pick it up and get it out =

of my home and I'll take my business elsewhere. They refuse to do that. I contacted BBB and filed a complaint through them over the net, and =

hopefully something will get done that way.

However, the Sit-N-Sleep located at 14300 S. Main St.-Gardena, CA. 90248 =

may be in for a big surprise when I decide to get a large poster-board =

and write in big black lettering how they sold me a defective mattress =

set and refuse to refund me my money and get the piece of garbage out of =

my home.

Since the public sidewalk is public domain, I have every right to =

protest against a company that has bad customer service that don't tell =

you that there is a restocking fee of 20% and you have to upgrade with =

them on another mattress set.

I just want my money back, for them to get this bed out of my home, and =

sever ties with them once and for all. So this coming weekend, you all =

might see me standing out in front of the Sit-N-Sleep mattress store in =

Gardena protesting against these "CROOKS" that take your money and leave =

you with a defective mattress set.

Below are the refund policy of Sit-N-sleep, but they don't even follow =

them either!

and Sunday (Pacific Standard Time. You may return any item within 30 =

charges, as long as you obtain a Return Authorization number from us. =

lbs. Contact Customer Service for details on how to return larger =

furniture items)

There's a good chance I'll be out there protesting in Gardena soon. If =

anyone would like to join me, you are welcome in doing so.

I do not appreciate the radio commercial I just heard from sitnsleep;

I find "Happy Holidays" unacceptable to me since, in my opinion, the Reason for the Season is Christmas and New Years. Yes, it is also a "holiday season." I certainly do not deny the right of others to celebrate other kinds of holidays during this season, nor would I expect all people to celebrate Christmas.Yet, the main holiday that causes Christmas lights and Christmas trees and Christmas decorations to be put up is Christmas, not some abstract holiday season. Thank you for letting me express my opinion. I heard this commercial on the Radio at about 10:40 p.m., PST, November 20th, 2008.

Wish I would have researched this before I bought my mattress from them. I have had nothing but trouble with them. Their customer service reps are the worst, so not return emails or phone calls. My mattress had a 10 yr warranty and was crap after 1 year. When is the next protest, I'll join you!!
