Hideous customer service

Jeers to the Pharmacy staff at CVS pharmacy 6151 Matlock road in Arlington. After repeatedly checking to see if they had gotten a faxed prescription from my doctor for pain medication, they said they would call as soon as they got it and by the time I got there it would be ready. When I called in the morning, after running out of pain medication that night, I was told that it had been ready since the previous day, they had just gotten too busy to call.
