These people sent my sister wilted flowers. When I emailed them to let them

know that I would not pay for the flowers due to them being wilted, I

received an automated letter telling me that they will responded to my inquiry

within a certain number of hours. I never heard from them and decided to

contact them again after receiving the charge on my credit card bill. Following

numerous telephone calls and repeated emails I have still not received a
