Anthony Posillico - counter person

This young man Anthony Posillico, was snotty toward me while I was getting my rental car from another woman. When I did not look his way while he was talking, he became demanding and condesending and made a remark which demanded I look directly at him. When I smiled at him he knew instantly he had done something wrong. What he did was to speak to me as though I were his little brother. I didn't say anything however, he being 20 years my junior, I let it go. However, when I returned for another vehicle the following week Mr. Posillico was totally irrate with me, yelling and condecending, same as he had been the previous time. I had to tell him more than 10 times to calm down and to stop yelling. And, this was in front of one of his female subordinate employees. Mr. posillico refused to follow through with my rental reservation which I had made 24 days earlier over the internet. He also told me the only thing he was going to do for me was give me free candy, he said to me that I had lied on the previous rental date and when I tried to help him with his misunderstanding he continued behaving feverishly, even walking in and out of the lobby while I'm talking to him. I had to postpone a meeting in Binghamton to the following day because of this juvenile as I was not able to make my 8am departure from Bohemia. This was a major horseshit experience with what is supposed to be a national corporation and begs the question, what the frig is the matter with this company? I've rented through them and the Bohemia location over 15 times in the past 5 years. Anthony Posillico, a branch manager told me to "go somewhere else there are plenty of rental companies out there, he doesn't need my business".

Not employed there? No this asshole actually got promoted to area manager and continues to act this way not only to customers but treats his employees the same way. He used to and probably still does smoke crack on the job and is an overall piece of shit human being. Any good employees he ever had working for him quit on him because he doesnt know how to treat people and Ive personally witnessed him treating people like this on numerous occasions as well as myself. He has treated 85 year old men like this and has made comments along the lines of "You will die before I ever lose all of my hair". This person has no place in a customer service industry and the fact he was promoted further makes this company as awhole look like a bunch of no nothing assholes. Its no wonder people like this get promoted when other assholes such as Joe Cardello are doing the hiring of people like him, but thats a whole separate post. Enterprise is all about giving some head to get ahead and obviously Anthony sucked the right dick, probably for crack money.

On behalf of all of the Anthony Posillicos out there, I would like to apologize for this counter person's actions. Surprisingly enough, when google searching the name Anthony Posillico, this is the first hit. This negative exposure is quite embarassing, and I wasn't even the person who has done you wrong. I would like to kindly request that this post be rescinded, as this young man most likely does not hold his position at the car rental company.
