ORDER # L-345998 Internet Florist (www.iflorist.com) Internet Florist 1738 Grand Ave. Saint Paul, MN 55105 US I Michael Beckham ordered a gift for my God daughter fromInternet Florist and according to their confirmation it was scheduled for delivery on 11/29/2008, I received a call on 11/28/2008 that it could not be delivered until 12/02/08, they did not mention that if I didn't call back they could not deliver. Today is 12/08/08 and I found out this package was never delivered; my God daughter never received her birthday present, when I called to received a status they calmly said they could deliver this on 12/09/08, or cancel the order, I asked if they could at least waive the delivery fee, they said no, this company took no responsibility for their poor follow through, I will not use this company again, and I just want to make consumers out there aware that Internet Florist is not a reliable Company, so please do not use them, I would not like other consumers out there to feel the disappointment I am feeling.
