Hanilton Beach

I purchased this item for my mother as christmas gift. She just recently started using it and told me that the handle gets hot after three minutes of use. The first phone call i make will get me a replacement if they find a defect with what i send them and they do find one. then one they send in its place makes a weird noice when it is turned on like if something was grinding on itself. so i call them back again. they in turn send me a prepaid faxed ups shipper and and send it out. i finally get the package back 12/8/08 and the replacement is doing the same thing. not only that they also state that there was shipping damage/housing broke. this is from the company that they wanted me to ship it from. I paid $114 for this item and it has just given me nothing but grief.
