AIRTEL COSTOMER CARE WORST IN THE WORLD

i have purchased 2 connection in the month of feb but later in the month of august i found i was paying cash for bill amount and they were debiting it from my credit card also. when i tried to find from the costomer care the were not able to reply me correctly and all the 50- 60 calls i did in costomer care they were replying the system is under updration you call after half an hour, same reply i got from all the c.c fellows, in frustration i gave them the termination letter for my nos. 9987550476 & 9987528996. but they didnot disconnect my service and even sent the bills for another 2 months, when i did not pay cash they debited from my credit card. till date it is not disconnected inspite of the fact that i have given 2 written complians to the airtel gallery, sent a emails to costomer care and even to nodal officer.

I AM PUTTING THIS COMPLIAN SO THAT EVERY BODY SHOULD TAKE CARE BEFORE GIVING THERE CREDIT CARD NOS TO THIS COMPANY WHO HAS THE STANDARD PRACTICE OF CHEATING CUSTOMERS. PLEASE DONT PAY BY CREDIT CARD TO THIS CHEATING COMPANY.
