REQUESTED A PORT ME ON 21/10/08 TO BE DONE BY THE 30/11/08. I WAS TOLD BY PRENALAN AT THE SORT ME OUT NUMBER THAT ALL WAS IN ORDER. (I HAVE ALL MY FAX CONFIRMATIONS.)I WAS TOLD THAT MY SIM WOULD BE SENT TO ME. ON THE 15/11/08 I HAD STILL NOT RECEIVED MY SIM. GOT TOLD TO GO TO CNA AND EDGARS, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY CANNOT HELP ME. WHENT TO VIRGIN STORE ON 19/11/08, IN EAST RAND MALL, THERE SYSTEMS WERE DOWN AND THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME A SIM BUT BOBBY(THE MANAGER)CALLED THE HEAD OFFICE ONLY TO TELL ME THAT NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE. IN THE MEANTIME I HAD GIVEN MY EXSISTING PROVIDER NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF MY CONTRACT FOR THE 30/11/08. I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT BOBBY ON THE 22/11/08 IF NO ONE HAD CONTACTED ME. SURPRISE SURPRISE, CONTACTED BOBBY ON THE 22/11/08 ONLY TO FIND OUT HE'D LEFT THE COMPANY. ON THE 25/11/08 I WAS THEN TOLD BY PHILLIP TO COME IN TO THE EASTRAND MALL STORE AND HE WOULD SORT IT OUT, I WENT THAT AFTERNOON, ONLY TO BE TOLD WHEN I WALKED IN THE DOOR THAT THEY COULD NOT HELP ME AS THE SYSTEM WAS DOWN. I THEN PROCEEDED TO FREAK OUT, THE IT MANAGER WAS IN THE STORE AT THE TIME AND HELPED ME BY GIVING ME THE SIM CARD AND ASSURING ME THAT SHE PERSONALLY WOULD MAKE SURE THAT THE PORT ME WAS DONE. ON THE 30/11/08 VODACOM INFORMED ME THAT MY NUMBER WAS GOING TO BE CANCELLED, I THEN REQUESTED THAT THEY DONT CANCEL MY NUMBER BUT MOVE IT TO A PAY AS YOU GO, WHICH THEY DID. ON THE 01/12/08 VIRGIN PROCEEDED TO DO HALF OF THE PORT ME BY KINDLY CANCELLING MY CELL NUMBER WITH VODACOM, THAT I HAVE HAD FOR 10 YEARS. AS OF TODAY IM SITTING WITHOUT MY CELL NUMBER BEING PORTED, NO ONE CAN GET HOLD OF ME, AND I CANT DO BUSINESS OR BANKING (BANK SEND CODES TO CELL NO.) I HAVE DESPERATELY BEEN TRYING TO GET VIRGIN ON THE THE PHONE FOR 3 DAYS, AND I ACTUALLY DONT KNOW HOW TO RESOLVE THIS. I SHOULD SUE THEM FOR LOSS OF INCOME. KIND REGARDS, FIONA BARBOUR

VIRGIN MOBILE IS THE MOST DISHONEST MOBILE BUSINESS THAT I HAVE HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH. I FEEL FOR YOU FIONA AS THIS COMPANY HAS NO REGARD FOR ANYONE THEY ARE A DISGRACE TO SAY THE LEAST, AND UNFORTUNATELY THEY HAVE VIRGIN MONEY AND MR RICHARD BRANSON (I WILL NOT USE THE SIR AS THAT IS FOR A SPECIAL PERSON RICHARD IS A MONEY HUNGRY P**) BACKING THEM.

i have my contract pre paid one month

on the 15th you took r1500 off instead of 130 rand i called in several times no one called me back i ask for the amount off R130 and to be taken off on the 1st of October and then may payment of R130 must be the 15th f each month. due to your problem you suspended me i think this is poor service i will go tothe paper as it is not my fault and i only got on cell number 0762449380 i have been promise i will onot be suspended by billings and accounts can you please fix this problem urgent
