ICICI bank is a fraud bank and trys all possible ways to loot your money. Is there anyone to stop them?

I had made a complaint on Nov 13th, 2008 on this site about ICICI bank not adjusting my 2 lakh of part payment which I had given in the month of August 08.

After the complaint, by 17th Nov (ironically in 3 days), my money got adjusted. But in the process, ICICI bank has done some mischief. The EMI which I was paying regulary every month has a component of Interst to ICICI and a principal component which gets deducted (which indicates that at the end of the loan tenure, i have paid the loan amount back). In the normal process, the interest component gets decreased with each EMI and Principal componenet increases with ech EMI. But here, the bank has deducted more interest amount from the EMI but did not deduct the principal component, which was the routine till date (Or rather deducted a minimum principal amount). I have also compared the EMI with the same rate of interest in the amortization statement, and there is a discrepancy.

Now this extra money which they took away as Interest, now they are showing as what they have to adjust agint my 2 lakhs delayed payment(which in fact has to come from the bank). Here what ICICI is doing is, taking my own money and showing it as if they are paying for the late transaction processing of 2 laksh, which in fact has to come from the bank.

ICICI is a corporate which is flourishing on people's hard earned money. It sucks our blood. It is a parasite which slowly and surely is killing people.

Is there anyone who can question them and do the needful for this injustice?
