Quality of Services Were Awful and Customer Service

Upon visiting North Shore Day Spa for a facial, i had to wait an extra hour for the girl to show up. This spa has no full time employees, they are all just sub-contractors. The facial was sub-par at best and the price was high. The decor was okay, but the managers are rude. I asked the manager to discount the facial, because I had to wait so long and missed a meeting. The manager refused to discount and told me that I must have got the time mixed up. I was very upset and will not be back.
