UPS

12/29/2008 7:14pm I contacted UPS customer service and tell them I will pick-up my item in UPS center in person; they take my name number and tell me my package will be ready to pick-up in their facilitation next day.

12/29/2008 8:21pm Somebody reschedule the delivery completely ignore the previous note and change the destination address -without any notice- of my item; He no just corrected the address, He totally change it.

12/30/2008 9:00am People in UPS told me the package was already in the truck for delivery; they cannot make any change and this will be reschedule for delivery until Friday; they doesn't offer any way to solver the problem, they said the don't have system to contact the driver; they recommend me to pick-up the package in person for Friday in person because to make more chances to pick-up the package.

I’ll have to sneak out my work again Friday and hopefully will pick-up my package.

The worst things: they don’t look like care about customer complaints; they don't offer any way to fix their own mistakes they always fix the problems rescheduling the delivery package for another day; is very clear they don't care about the customers and their business. Avoid working with UPS. The worst delivery company in the market.
