TV HO TO BIG NA Ho

Dear Sir,

Please note my Smart Card Number is 200509356381 and BG Tv installed on 01/09/2008. I purchased plan of Rs. 2490/- which includes 3 months free Premium Plan. The same free period was over on 30.11.2008 and on 30.11.2008 I recharged a Cash Voucher amounting Rs. 300/- Serial Number of that Cash Card is 8005300364. At that time I also inquired with your customer care and they informed that out of this 300/- they used Rs. 265/- as a monthly subscription and my account is having balance of Rs. 35/- which I can use in next month. Yesterday i.e. on 18.12.2008 I received a SMS from 52241 that your account is expired and you have to recharge 265/-!!! After that I speak with your customer Care. They informed me that my account is havcing negative balance of RS. 14.But they are unable to explain me about this issue.

Can you please inform me that how the above matter is possible? My Complain Number with your customer care is 84215186.

Please solve my above problem immidietely.

If you are unable to solve this then please take back your BIG Tv from my home and return the amount.
