I ordered a pet scale that was promised to arrive in 2-3 weeks. I began calling at 3 weeks and was told each time that the person that handles orders from the manufacturer would return my call letting me know when the scale would arrive. I called 3 times and finally on the 4th call I requested a refund. The lady was very nice and found out what the problem was. She also said I would be contacted with a tracking number. The scale finally arrived 3 days later and the tracking number arrived 4 days later. This was a 6 week process to receive this scale. The scale is now being returned because it does not register anything under 7.5 ounces. The advertisement said it registered at 1/2 ounces. The scale is now being returned. It has taken 2 more weeks to now get an RA# with promises of returned phone calls. To top it off I now must wait to receive my refund from the manufacturer that shipped the scale. It was Dog.com that charged my card in mid October. I assume it will be another 6 weeks just to get my credit back onto my card. I will never place another order with Dog.com
