Lots of Waiting and $100 Paid, So Far NOTHING Received

The Rifleman DVD Collection TVDVDMania Website does not tell you that they are OUTSIDE THE US but upon tracking my shipment I learned that the DVD's I ORDERED WERE in fact NOT SHIPPED FROM THE US. NU TVDVDMania.com Ordered a DVD collection of The Rifleman. My credit card was charged within three days. That was December 3, 2008. It was a Christmas gift for my husband. It never arrived. I would never have waited an entire month for a Christmas gift, knowing it would never make it in time for Christmas. I have still not even received the item in question, which is ridiculous. Once I receive it, I will probably be just as unhappy as I am now, according to the unfortunate others I have read from here. Dishonest and unprofessional, and I will never, ever do business online again without checking THIS WEB SITE. I think this business should be stopped from ever taking money from anyone else. Suddenly I had both email response AND 2 phone calls assuring me that my complete set of the Red Green series was on it's way and there was no need to lodge a complaint with Mastercard. Well, I did receive it, and after two weeks of watching the 52 discs, I had 4 that were so flawed they were almost unwatchable, and jumps an glitches throughout. On top of that, the shows were obviously copied from broadcast, not from the original masters - leading me to suspect that they are pirated copies. The alternating CTV and PBS logo on the lower right as well as the Canadian "coming up next" bits over the credits were a giveaway! Since the 6 week chargeback window had closed by the time I discovered the flaws, I have not been able to get any response from the company through email or the phone number I had saved on my caller ID (reached a recording asking me to leave my name and number and they'd call be back as quickly as possible, yeah, riiiiight) for the last several weeks.
