Hoover vacuum cleaner company ignorant on their products!

Can you believe someone bought the company but didn't keep documentation on most of the products produced in past years? That's right! I called to check on which belt my Wind Tunnel required only to be told they knew nothing about the model I have which is admittedly 3 or 4 years old. Big deal. They should know about models made 40 years ago, let alone 4 years ago. They said their local parts retailers knew a lot more than they did and I should call one of them. And it took 14 minutes of hold time and then transfer to a supervisor just to confirm their ignorance.
