lodged a complaint, but no communication from Samsung for last 4 days

Lodged a complaint regarding picture shake on Saturday (29 Oct 08), but still waiting from Samsung Center to send someone to fix the issue. The CC guys keep fooling that a guy would visit in 24 hrs, bit it is more than 96 hours and I haven't received a single call from them.

Waiting for Samsung guys to call and fix the issue.
