NAVI MUMBAI-400709, MA 400709 IN BROADBAND@RELIANCEADA.COM SIR I HAD TAKEN A TELEPHONE CONECTION WITH BROADBAND INTERNET AT MY RESIDENCE ON 28-05-2008 NO.033-30236732,RELIANCE INTERNET SERVICE USER ID-298334801202,SERVICE FOR THE ABOVE COULD ONLY GIVEN UPTO 10-06-2008 AND MANY OF HUNDRED TIMES THE COMPLAINT HAD LODGED,BUT EVERY TIME WE HEARD THAT TODAY OR TOMORROW YOUR SERVICE WILL START AS BEFORE,WHICH COULD NOT DONE.ABOUT 2 MONTHS LATER CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT TOLD THAT WE ARE NOT SURE ABOUT CONTINUITY OF OUR SERVICE AND ITS UPON YOU THAT THE CONECTION WILL DISCONECT OR NOT.SO SIR THEY INDICATE US TO WITHDRAW OUR CONECTION. THEREFORE SIR THE CO. LIKE RELIANCE COMMUNICATION IS TAKING MONEY TO INSTALL NECSSARY SEVICE LIKE TELEHONE AND INTERNET AND ALSO NOT GIVING ANY SURITY ABOUT THEIR SERVICE. SIR I HAVE LOSSED A HUGE MONEY DUE TO NONCONTINUITY OF TELEPHONE AND INTERNET SERVICE FROM RELIANCE COMMUNICATION AND MENTAL DISTERVANCE FOR THIS. EVEN AFTER THIS ALL THEY SENT ME AN EARLY DISCONECTION BILL OF RUPEES 1500/- THEY ALSO EVEN NOR ACCEPTING ANY FAULT OR APOLOGIES FROM THEIR SIDE AND NOT READY TO RESTART MY CONECTION. THEREFORE SIR YOU REQUESTED TO LOOK AFTER COMPANY LIKE THIS WHO ARE MAKING FOOL TO THE CONSUMERS AND TAKING A HUGE MONEY MAKING A HUGE LOSS THEM BY MONETERY AND MENTAL TOO.
