Poor Gateway Computer Warranty Practices

0040497829 Gateway Computer 7565 Irvine Center Drive Irvine, CA 92618 US gateway.com I purchased a Gateway computer with a one year mfg. warranty. The computer died within the warranty time by no fault of mine. It just died. Gateway promised a replacement part on 4 different occations over the last 2 months. They even requested my credit card info to ensure they would receive their broken part in return. I still do not have the replacement part. I escalated this to their executive response team and was told there is nothing they can do for me. I have to wait until their approved vendor gets the parts in. They alreay made false promises 4 times on when the part would arrive. My computer is still inoperable.
