Horrible service and installation

Around 2 yrs ago I purchased a in-ground pool from Paradise Pools in Denham Springs,La. They installed the pool and did the cement around the pool.

The cement is now sinking,due to poor back-filling of the dirt,the wall has collapsed on the shallow end and I have spent a lot of money on their "expert" advice to clear up my dirty/green water with no results.They will not take care of any of it and blame the water on me setting the chlorinator to low.(which was set by them at installation) I find out now (from another company) that the problem with me water being dirty is a faulty filter system and that the money I have been spending on chemicals was useless. If you value your money and sanity, STAY AWAY from these people.They are total RIP-OFFS!!!!!!!

I open a complaint with the BBB, there offer to make things "right" , bring back unused chemicals and we will refund the money.Paradise knows that they told me to use all the chemicals that she sold me within 5 days ,besides the chlorine.What a joke of a company.They refuse to take care of "anything". Make sure you keep their name in mind of a business "not" to use when needing a pool installed in Denham Springs.
