Customer dis service

Avainca told my travel agent my flight was changed from 6 PM to 11:55 PM when i got the airport the plane left at 6 PM they made me pay $150. to change my ticket. It has been a month and i still have not been credited by Avainca I will never fly this airline again and will make stops on other airlines rather a direct flight with them
