ikitchen order of November 2008-Versa cart

Placed an order for a Versa shopping cart using Paypal. Of course my account was immediately charged for this. I received an e-mail that "ikitchen" was "metromart" when my order went through Paypal. Additionally, my order was confirmed telling me I would be notified withing 48 hours if they were out of stock. A full week went by and no shipping confirmation or tracking number. I made several telephone calls and left several messages when I wasn't disconnected (no humans answering) and then left two e-mails. Finally, after several days a human answered and my e-mails were returned. They offered to credit my account, but I told them I still wanted the cart since it was advertised at a great price. They said they would ship it when it came in.

I e-mailed them last week on December 23- especially since they were still advertising the cart for sale, but now at $20 more, asking when I would be receiving my cart? They responded by canceling my order and crediting my account. This company if deceptive, has no customer service and should not be relied upon for shipping anything they advertised. I ordered this before Thanksgiving to give as a gift - all they did was hold onto my money and not deliver. I do not recommend them.
